Maximize your presence at the 2009 GFIM Conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico by promoting your products and services to all attendees. You can choose from the following exciting sponsorship opportunities:
Conference Bags - $7,500. The GFIM Conference bag will be given to every attendee. Let your company name be a walking billboard throughout this event.
Bag Stuffings - $1,000. Place your company name on keychains, pens etc.. and we will place them in our GFIM official bag.
Conference Program - $5,000. (1 Available) Provide us with your company logo and we will feature this on the front and back of our programs. Attendees will carry it with them wherever they go.
Lunches – Friday, Saturday, or Sunday - $7,500. This opportunity allows you exposure to workshop attendees as they enjoy lunch sponsored by your company. Includes signage with your company name, food and beverage, and pre-event promotion.
Dinners – Friday or Saturday - $10,000. This opportunity allows you exposure to workshop attendees as they enjoy dinner sponsored by your company. Includes signage with your company name, food and beverage, and pre-event promotion.
Coffee Breaks - $2,500. This opportunity allows you exposure to workshop attendees as they enjoy coffee breaks sponsored by your company.
Gala Event - $50,000. Banners recognize your company as the main sponsor for this once in a lifetime Saturday night event which includes Dinner, Entertainment ("World Renowned Pink Flamingos") & Silent Auction.
Internet Café - Equipment and services only, Room banners, Monitor backgrounds, program acknowledgement. Setup on the Main floor (Location to be confirmed).
Conference T-Shirts - $10,000. Your logo together with GFIM.
